Breakfast casserole

Prepare the day before and refrigerate over night

7-8 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups cheese, grated
1-2 lbs sausage, bacon or ham
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup milk
3/4 teas dry mustard

(1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk just before baking)

Arrange bread cubes on bottom of a 9x13 greased pan. Brown meat and layer on top of bread. Layer cheese. Beat 2 1/4 cup milk and dry mustard together and pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate over night. JUST before baking pour 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes
