Cowboy Caviar

2 cans of black eyed peas, drained
2 cans of Rotel original tomatoes
2 cans of shoepeg corn, drained
1 bunch of green onions, chopped (to taste)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 handful of grape tomatoes, cut in quarters

Mix one package of Good Seasons Italian dressing and pour over the above mixture. Chill overnight, or several hours. It tastes better when it is prepared the day before it is served.
Serve with any corn chips, but Fritoes are our FAVORITE!
