Surprise Crunch Salad - Pretzel Jello

2 cups crushed pretzels
3 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup melted butter

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
12 oz non-dairy whipped topping (cool whip)
1 8 0z can crushed pineapple - well drained

1 6 oz pkg raspberry jello
3 cups boiling water
1 pkg frozen raspberries

Mix pretzels, sugar, and butter. Press into oblong pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping. Fold in pineapple. Spread mixture on crust. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and stir until syrupy. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped topping and crushed pretzels.
