1 1/2 lbs pot roast cut into cubes (or stew meat)
1/4 cup Sprite
1/2 pkg onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
Cooked rice or noodles
In slow-cooker, combine roast, sprite, onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Stir in fresh mushrooms last hour. Add sour cream just before ready to serve and warm for 15 minutes.
