4 cups
flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp
salt 1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup soft butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg,
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp almond extract
Beat butter,
sugar, egg until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and extracts. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and
salt. Chill
several hours or overnight. Grease cookie sheet, roll out and
cut, either thin or thick. Cook 375 for 10 min, less if you
like them soft.
