4 eggs
3 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Heat pan on medium-high and pour in a quarter sized amount of oil (or spray pam). Rotate oil to cover all the pan. Pour in about a cup of patter and spread it around thin and evenly (similar to a crepe). Flip and cook both sides. Serve with syrup, roll up and top with powdered sugar. Other yummy toppings-strawberries, jam, honey
makes about 10-12
