5 cups powdered sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 sticks softened butter
5 cups MILK chocolate chips
Grease jell-roll pan with light coating of butter and place a piece of wax paper on top of the butter in the pan. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in the microwave. Spread half of it in the jell-roll pan. Place inrefrigerator while mixing the filling.
Mix peanut butter and butter and slowly add sugar. Then knead until smooth. Press mixture over the layer of chocolate. Add the rest of the chocolate. Let it set up and cut it into pieces.
