1 (20oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup shredded coconut
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (160z) can of fruit cocktail with juice
1 (3 3/4oz) pkg. Instant lemon pudding mix
In medium bowl, combine pineapple chucks and juice with bananas, organges, fruit cocktail with juice and coconut. Stirring slowly, sprinkle pudding mix into fruit mixture. Let stand 5 minutes. Pudding will set in fruit juice. Refridgerate. Makes 6 1/2 cups of fruit salad.
