1 2 lb frozen hashbrowns (any kind)
2 cups diced ham (OR sausage OR bacon OR a combination)
1 cube of butter
4 cups of mixed chesse
6 to 8 eggs BEATEN with fork
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and BAKE UNCOVERED at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Can be made ahead and refridgerated overnight before cooking.
