Lemon Pudding Cake

l pkg Lemon cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple

Bake lemon cake according to directions. While still hot prick with fork and pour 1 can of pineapple. Let cool.

FROST with:
1 large Instant lemon pudding mixed with 1/2 cup milk. Will be thick. Mix in 80z cool whip with whisk. Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut!!
