1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut up into bite-size pieces
1 env Ranch dressing mix
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
\1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms (optional)
Cooked rice
Place chicken in slow-cooker and sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over the top. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Pour over chicken. Make sure chicken is completely covered by liquid. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours. Last hour add mushrooms. Stir in soup and cream cheese until melted and warmed. Serve over rice. Serves 4
