8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup water
1 15oz cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Break noodles in half. Place half of noodles in bottom of GREASED slow-cooker. In a skillet, brown meat and drain. Stir in Italian seasoning, spagehetti sauce and water. In slow-cooker, layer half of sauce, half of cottage cheese, and half of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-5 hours.
