Creamy Ranch Crockpot Chicken

6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 1oz env. Ranch dressing mix
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup boling water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
Hot cooked rice

Combine chicken in slow-cooker and sprinkle Ranch dressing mix over the top. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water, pour over chicken.  Make sure chicken in covered by liquid.  Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours. The last 15 minutes, stir in soup and cream cheese. Stir until melted and warmed. Serve over rice
