Crockpot Hot Bean dip

1 16oz can refried beans
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
3oz cream cheese, cubed
1 Tsp chili powder

Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for 1 1/2-2 hours. Stir until cream. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
Serves 16
