French Dip Crockpot

2 lb beef top round roast, trimmed of fat
3 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thryme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bay leaf

Place roast in slow-cooker. Add water, soy sauce and seasonings. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Remove meat from broth and thinly slice or shred. Strain borth and skim off fat. Pour into small cups for dipping. Serve sliced or shredded beef on rolls. Dip sandwiches in broth.
Serves 12
