Beth’s Pie Crust


2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter flavor Crisco
¼  cup cold  water
Mix flour, salt, Crisco with pastry blender
until ½ inch balls.  Add water and quickly
blend until dough just holds together.
Put out on well floured wax paper and roll
to fit one pie tin.   This makes two crust or
1 pie with top crust. Bake 425 for 10 minutes
