Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
¾ cup rolled oats
2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup finely chopped onion
½ cup of milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
Combine all ingredients mix well and form into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Place in casserole dish and cover in sauce (below). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Sauce:
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Melt all the ingredients together on stove top pour over meatballs
Serve with white rice
