Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
¼ cup of crushed corn flakes
¾ cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch
8 boneless chicken breast
½ cup of melted butter
In a shallow bowl combine corn flakes, cheese, and ranch mix. Dip chicken in melted butter and then roll in corn flake mixture to coat. Place chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
