2 cups chicken or turkey cut into bite size pieces
1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables ( we like birds eye classic mixed vegetables)
3/4 to 1 cup frozen southern style frozen potatoes
1 Tablespoon minced dried onion
1/4 cup melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup milk
Place chicken pieces in the bottom of a greased 9x9 baking pan. Add frozen vegetables. Pour melted butter over top. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix chicken broth and cream soup together and pour over the vegetables. Mix bisquick, butter and milk together. Pour over chicken, vegetables and soup mixture. Serve with warm corn bread or rolls.
Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
