4 cups of cooked chicken, cubed (could use rotisery chicken)
4cups diced celery
4 cups diced celery
2 cups salad dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 cups potato chips, crushed
Combine all ingredients except potato chips and 1/2 of cheese. Place 1 cup of potato chips in bottom of shallow casserole dish. Add chicken by spoon fulls, spread carefully over chips. Cover with remaining cheese and chips on top! Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until heated throughly.
