1 1/2 cups miracle whip salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 teaspoons Dijon mustar
4 cups shredded lettuce
1 1/2 cups medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups chopped tomato
1 (10oz) tiny frozen peas, thawed and drained
5 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded mild chedder cheese
Combine salad dressing chives and mustard; Set aside. In a large bowl, layer lettuce, shells, cucumbers, tomatoes and peas. Spread salad dressing mixture over peas, sealing to edge. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. COVER and CHILL several hours or overnight. Can toss before serving. Serves 8
