1 (160z) cool whip
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (6oz pkg. Instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (16oz) can crushed pinapple
In large bowl stir whipped topping until smooth. Add marshmallows and pudding mix. Stir in pineapple WITH JUICE. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving OR Freeze overnight and cut into squares before serving. This was one of dads favorite salads!
