l large head red leaf lettuce
1 pkg baby spinach
1/2 cup purple onion
1/2 cup red pepper
1 cup bacon pieces
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup cashew pieces
1/3 cup sugar
wontons
Place cashews in pan on medium heat. Add sugar stirring constantly until coated. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl. TOSS. Add salad dressing and wontons just before serving.
DRESSING:
3 Tablespoons redwine vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Mix well and refrigerate.
