Crockpot Pulled Chicken

1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbs cider vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
Toasted buns

Place chicken in slow-cooker. In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, cider vinegar and garlic powder. Pour over chicken. Stir to coat the chicken well with sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, until chicken is fully cooked. Using two forks, shred chicken. and stir to mix well. Serve over toasted buns.
