1 6 lb thawed Turkey breast
1 1oz env. dry onion soup mix
3 T butter
Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Melt butter and brush over turkey breast. Rub onion soup mix over the outside of the turkey. Place in bottom of BUTTERED cockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Turn heat to LOW and cook for 7 hours or until turkey beast is at 165 degrees. Remove turkey and let stand for 10 minutes. Use drippings to make gravy.
