Mango Crockpot Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mango salsa
1 14oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup cilantro
Cooked rice

Place chicken in slow-cooker and cover with salsa. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. Using two forks, break up the chicken into large pieces. Stir in pineapple and cilantro and serve over rice.
